THE LOGISTICS CHALLENGE
An ever-increasing number of components and spare parts, the high value of tools and equipment used, as well as the need to continually monitor available stock levels, have all pushed Alidaunia to opt for an automated storage solution which can offer the highest levels of accuracy, speed and safety as requested by the Aerospace & Defense Industry.
THE SOLUTION
To exploit all the available space inside the hangar, the SILO2 Vertical Lift Module was installed externally, while still providing internal access from inside the production area. Insulated thermal paneling ensures that the stored items are properly protected from the elements.
