THE LOGISTICS CHALLENGES
In 2016, due to the ever increase in the number of components, the Company needed to optimize the available storage space. Furthermore, Benelli needed to increase the workflow efficiency by reducing the error rate during the kitting and assembling process.

THE SOLUTION
In the Urbino plant has been installed a robotized kitting and assembling station, realized thanks to the integration of 3 collaborative robots (called cobot) into SILO², the automated multi-column vertical lift module.
