OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY

Thanks to the availability of two different load capacities (250 and 400 kg), SILO² Roll Box ensures the proper storage of cylindrical materials even with a high specific weight (up to 1,001 kg/m²), offering a load capacity adapted to the actual loads.

The trays are equipped with special supports (dynamic or fixed suspended axis) specifically designed for the safe and efficient handling and storage of cylindrical materials up to 1,953 mm wide.

EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY

Designed according to ergonomic and safety principles, the access openings allow the safe and ergonomic picking and refilling of cylindrical materials.

Each system can be equipped with a minimum of two ad a maximum of eight access openings. The different type of access openings (internal, external and telescopic) and the high freedom of positioning (side by side, on multiple levels) ensure an operational continuity and flexibility never been reached before.

The telescopic access opening, both in the internal and external version, is the ideal solution to easy pick or retrieve cylindric material from the side of the tray.

ACCURACY AND TRACEABILITY

The storage of cylindrical materials is always under control with ICON^TM, the web-based software for the management and control of the SILO^{2 Roll Box} VLM that offers great flexibility of interface with the most popular WMS and ERP management software.

ICON^TM allows to constantly know which cylindrical materials are stored in the SILO^{2 Roll Box} VLM and for how long,reducing unavailability or obsolescence risk
